Stacey Young is a proud native of the San Francisco Bay Area, with deep roots in Hilo, Hawai`i, and Vancouver, Canada. Ethnically Chinese and culturally Hawaiian, she carries forward a family legacy enriched by public service, business administration, and operational management.

As the Founder and Executive Director of the Pacific Island Film Festival, a registered 501(c)3

organization, Stacey is dedicated to showcasing and amplifying Pacific Island cinema and

storytelling in New York City. Her work highlights the significant contributions of Pacific Islanders

in shaping international policy, fostering innovation, and enriching the arts. In her professional role as a Product Leader in the AdTech industry, Stacey has made notable strides in establishing industry guidelines and is an inventor with technology patents in both the

US and EU.
